Big Island Real Estate Agent

Jessica is a luxury Vacation Rental Manager for Elite Vacation Rentals and a Sales Agent for sellers and buyers since 2005. Her primary focus is servicing clients in the buying, selling and managing of vacation rentals. She lives in Pauka'a near Hilo on the Hamakua Coast of the Big Island. Jessica's support to clients includes an assistant to vacation rental management and a crew of service providers.

Jessica was born and raised on the East Coast into a real estate family. Her father is a retired property manager and both parents are real estate investors. Jessica grew up in a 1908 Edwardian house in Atlanta, Georgia and quickly learned the difference between plaster and Sheetrock, heart pine and laminate floors. She has renovated old homes from Atlanta to Denver to Hilo and still loves the craft of house building and design. For 10 years Jessica owned and operated a faux finish painting business called Berlin's Walls. Jessica's knowledge and passion for home renovation helps clients understand home maintenance issues both big and small.

Jessica and husband Micah have lived on the Big Island since the early 2000s and love tropical life: sun, ocean, fishing, boating, gardening, hiking and more! Jessica gives back to the Big Island community by serving as the President of the Board of Directors of the non-profit HawaiiCon, the annual Big Island Sci-Fi and Pop Culture Convention. As a co-founder, Jessica instituted the HawaiiCon giving program. HawaiiCon supports and promotes STEAM education (science, technology, engineering arts and math). Jessica's husband Micah, a Navy Veteran, founded and operates Mental Restorations, a non-profit who's mission is to restore the mental health of Veterans and others by enjoying nature like boat fishing from Hilo Bay, double-hull canoe surfing from area beaches and learning sustainable farming practices. Living in Hawaii means being connected to our 'Ohana, our families, neighbors and communities and thriving together in harmony with nature.
