Before moving to the United States from Germany, Anneliese earned a bachelor’s degree in business economics. She then completed an accounting degree at Indiana Business College as well as numerous real estate courses at Purdue University. After moving to California, she established her own real estate company, eventually employing six agents.
Anneliese visited Hawaii on a yearly basis for 20 years before deciding to sell her company in 2013 to make a permanent home in paradise. She maintains her broker’s license in California and has added a Hawaii broker’s license, making her uniquely qualified to handle transactions in both states. She continues to be a part of a real estate and property management company in California, and also manages her own ocean- and golf course-view vacation rental in Hawaii.
Having been involved in real estate for the last 35 years, Anneliese has acquired a broad knowledge of every facet of the business, along with a high level of expertise in negotiation. She is detail-oriented, conscientious, and committed to protecting clients’ confidentiality, with an excellent understanding of contracts. She specializes in primary and secondary residences, investment properties, first-time buyers, relocation services, and referrals.
Anneliese sees it as her mission to identify her clients’ needs and all the external factors affecting them, so she can earn their trust and represent them effectively throughout the selling and buying process. She has a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals, from finding their dream home to creating a family legacy. She constantly seeks to expand her knowledge through advanced courses and association with the top professionals in the industry.
Anneliese has earned the distinctions of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS); Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI); and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR). She is also a member of the National Association of REALTORS, the Women’s Council of REALTORS, the Hawaii Multiple Listing Service, the West Hawaii Board of REALTORS, and the San Diego Board of REALTORS. Through her involvement with the Rotary Club of Kona and the Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce, she remains involved with the community she’s proud to make her home.
