Leo launched his real estate career in the Palm Beach, Florida market as an appraiser and broker. Consider that fewer than 1% of all appraisers nationwide have earned the broker designation, and even fewer brokers pair brokerage services with the esteemed SRA (Senior Residential Appraiser) certification. As an appraiser, Leo is able to clearly understand how to price a home and earn the highest price-point for his clients in the most expedient manner possible. In addition, Leo is also able to work with the lender’s appraiser, and has a record for a higher percentage of homes appraising at the contract price.
A highlight in Leo's impressive record as an appraiser and broker is his oversight and management of the development of the 140-acre Boston Hill Project where he was responsible for zoning, plating, and infrastructure projects leading to the sale of large parcels of single-family homes and retail shopping/commercial sites.
To put it simply, Leo cares very much about the people he works with, his career, and the experience and skills he can use to assist his clients. His commitment to a life of service permeates every client interaction. Leo is also a father of two grown children and an 11-year old chocolate lab. Today, the Big Island is the home base for his interests as an avid cyclist, hiker and an active member of the Porsche Club of America since 1998.
