Lisa Cloward was raised in a family that invested in real estate. They were the first to import Sherwin Williams Paint Company to Santiago Chile before 1973. It made sense to purchase their own building in the country’s capital. The investments expanded and they continued by acquiring large forested land in the south of Chile, and then sold most of that real estate to purchase beach properties. She then moved to Hawaii after graduating from college, majoring in Sustainable Development of Land and Tourism Industry Economics.
She has been investing in real estate for 15 years in Hawaii. Along with her husband, they own a gorgeous home on Tantalus Drive in Honolulu, a spectacular Beach Front home on Molokai, vacant land on Molokai's white and black sand beaches, and soon to be developing vacant land in Haleiwa, on the North Shore of Oahu. They now reside in Honolulu with their two lovely daughters.
Lisa and her husband made all this happen by starting small with condos and then moving to bigger better properties.
She is an excellent source of knowledge on Hawaii Real Estate and how the competitive market works. She is very experienced in property management, long and short-term rentals laws and regulations. "Real Estate has been a big part of my life, I have been able to experience first hand the power of equity and good life planning."
Lisa Cloward’s transactions are characterized by never ending on a bad note. All her clients have been satisfied with her professionalism and sharpness when running her business.
Clients stay with her as time goes by, and call on her for support as they grow their own investment in Real Estate. Hands-down, Lisa is a great, honest and hard-working individual always ready to go the extra mile and get the job done.
