Agent Spotlight Sasha Mason–Oahu

Posted Friday, April 27, 2018 by Brittany Anderson

This week we sat down with Oahu agent, Sasha Mason. Originally from the Big Island, Sasha now lives and works in Oahu. Bursting with creativity, she’s got an eye for design! Sasha’s Oahu homes for sale are staged perfectly helping her clients get a higher price in a shorter amount of time. She can also consult with home buyers after the sale to make their new house a customized home just for them. Her Oahu buyers and sellers agree- working with Sasha is pure ZEN.

Tell us a little about yourself:  I was raised on the Big Island in Hilo and am a single mom of two awesome kids. I have worked as an entrepreneur since my early 20s. I love having the freedom in my schedule, so I can be there for my children. I enjoy cooking, surfing, yoga, anything outdoors, and want to see the entire world one day!

What do you like best about living in Oahu? We have everything!

What's your favorite activity outside of work? My favorite thing to do is yoga.

What do you like most about working at Elite Pacific Properties?  I love the community and leadership at Elite.

Do you have a favorite home that you've listed recently?  92-1017A Koio Drive in Ko Olina Kai Golf Estates is really special to me. We completely transformed the property with new floors, fixtures, paint, and staging in one week! The results are absolutely stunning.

If someone is thinking about moving or buying property in Oahu, what is your best advice?  Make sure it makes sense! I’m really big on advising my clients from a cash flow/ investment perspective. I love to see my clients make sound investments for their and their family’s future!

What's your favorite beach in Oahu and why?  I used to live across from Alligator rock on the North Shore. This is my favorite spot. There’s a swimming area for the kids, surfing spot, and you can climb out on the rock and watch the most amazing sunsets. You can also take a nice long walk all the way to Laniakea.

If I wasn’t selling real estate, I’d be...Pursuing something business related that allows me to use my creativity!
