On Thursday, Dec. 13 and Friday, Dec. 14. in Honolulu, Elite Pacific Properties sponsored a series of events intended to help top agents make 2019 even more exceptional than 2018. Attendees of the Success Summit participated in discussions and training sessions focused on topics like mindset and motivation, goal setting, lead generation, finding new listings, and creating financial freedom.
The Success Summit kicked off at the Waikiki Prince Hotel with a coaching session by Terri Johnson. Since 2001, Johnson has dedicated herself to the real estate sales approach outlined in the book “Ninja Selling.” Now a certified Ninja trainer, she guided summit attendees in creating a complete 2019 business plan.
On Thursday evening, the Success Summit included a Top Producer Mastermind Dinner at the Anaha Condo in Ward Village, for agents in Hawaii and around the country who had at least $20M in sales in 2017 or 2018. In addition to an opportunity to network within an exclusive group of highly successful industry professionals, the gathering involved a discussion led by Tim and Julie Harris, authors of the international bestseller “Harris Rules” and hosts of the most popular daily real estate podcast in the country. Chef Jason Paul provided a gourmet dinner and drinks.
The Harrises, named best coaches in the industry by Inman News, were also the featured speakers at the full-day real estate success training on Friday. After this event in the Pomaikai Ballrooms at Dole Cannery, the first-ever Elite Pacific company-wide holiday party was held at the Outrigger Canoe Club. Over dinner, drinks, live music and dancing, agents from all the major islands had a chance to celebrate the holidays and a highly productive 2018.
